OOTD: Something borrowed & blue!

I always finding myself borrowing my mom’s clothes. This navy blazer is hers. I have a peculiar liking to navy and blazers. I think everyone takes a liking to certain articles and colors of clothing. 

I found these boots at Payless for fairly cheap. NI’m not usually one to buy shoes of a low quality because I like my shoes to last, especially if I love them, but these were cheap and comfy. I can’t wait to rock them with a skirt.
